Temur Ketsbaia announced the list of players that will comprise the National Team of Georgia for the last match of the Qualifying Campaign to Euro 2012 against Greece in Tbilisi.

Soso Chedia announced the list with the players to integrate the Georgian U21 National Team for his personal debut on charge and the fourth match of the team in the present Qualifying Campaign against Switzerland.

The match is going to be played in Tbilisi, on Lokomotivi's Mikheil Meskhi Stadium, the next 7th October.

Unconfirmed rumors say that VfL Wolfsburg midfielder Akaki Gogia, who is currently on a two year loan with FC Augsburg, has announced that he will play for the Georgian national team. Gogia arrived to Germany at the age of 11 and played seven games for the German national youth teams. Georgian media states that following a discussion with the national coach Temur Ketsbaia, Gogia decided to play for the Georgian national team.
With one match left in the qualifying campaign to Euro 2012 it might be time to draw an interim conclusion about the recent performances of the National Team.

The Georgian national team will face current and former world champions Spain and France in Group I of the Brazil 2014 qualifiers. Belarus and Finland complete this intriguing group of five teams, only one of which will qualify directly.
