Unattractive match on Mikheil Meskhi Stadium left open doors for both teams.

The first match of the Europa League qualifying between Georgian Chikhura Sachkhere and FC Vaduz from Liechtenstein was quite slow and had small emotions.

The beginning minutes were quite disordered and both teams managed to achieve a few interesting attacks especially from the sides. After the players felt settled on the pitch, the game turned into a strategic confrontation not constructive to have clear attacks.

20 minutes before the end the hosts started to control the possession and the game, but couldn’t manage to create a clear goal scoring opportunity.

The result is bad for the Georgian side, which despite the loose of many of their key players, had to begin with a victory. Now the doors are open for any team to qualify to the next round, everything will be known after the game to be played in Liechtenstein.
